The Shop at the University of Newcastle is committed to providing you with an exceptional customer service experience and quality products. We aim to ensure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer FREE pick up from either of our retail outlets at our Newcastle or Gosford campuses.

When your order has been completed, we will send you a text message to let you know that it’s ready for collection. Make sure you wait for us to contact you before coming in store to ensure your purchase is ready.

At Callaghan you’ll find us in The Shortland Building on Level 2.

At Gosford Central our merchandise store is located on Level 1 in the Mann Street campus.

Identification must be shown to collect prepaid orders.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $60*

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $60. There is no promotional code required and free shipping will automatically be applied at the checkout.

If your order is less than $60, you will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 for delivery anywhere within Australia.

Free shipping is not available for orders delivered outside Australia.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDER?

We use a range of options for delivery depending on your location within Australia.

Orders are packed Monday to Friday and we typically despatch within 48 hours of purchase, with orders taking between 1 – 5 days within Australia and up to 14 days for international deliveries. When your package leaves you will receive a notification from our courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver outside of Australia with standard shipping fees for international orders as follows:

New Zealand - flat rate of $19.95
Rest of world - flat rate of $29.95

Please keep in mind that there will be delays that are out of out of our control for all international parcels due to COVID-19.
